Our weather policy is that if it rains, winds are blowing strong, and/or snowing before your event, we have the right to cancel delivery. If it rains, winds are blowing strong, and/or snowing during your event, we have the right to pick up the rental equipment and no refund will be given. We will inform you of this policy over the phone, in person, and/or in writing if there is a change of bad weather in the forecast. Customer may reschedule for another date or request a credit good for 12 months.
A minimum notice of 10 Days is required for all reservation cancellations or you will be subject to a loss of reservation deposit/30%.
Order confirmations are required 1-2 days prior to delivery date in order to proceed with the delivery of the order or be subject to a loss of 30% deposit.
There will be a $35 charge to reschedule the event, not due to weather conditions.
Delivery service available for minimum order of $150.
Rented items must be returned in the same condition as delivered or be subject to a $75 cleaning fee and/or replacement charge for lost or damaged equipment. Cleaning fee is waived for margarita machines, popcorn machines, cotton candy machines and tents.
Personal checks are not accepted.
